We
believe that in order to achieve any goal, especially fitness
goals, we must first help the client define specific and realistic
goals and set a specific timeframe in which to achieve those
goals. Then, we will develop an exercise and nutrition program
to achieve those goals. If the client does not notice some
results within two to four weeks, we will re-evaluate the
client's fitness program and modify it accordingly. Most fitness
goals can be reached within three months, exercising only
three to four hours each week.
A
crucial element to reaching goals, however, is a positive
mental attitude and a willingness to accept challenges and
overcome obstacles. We
help our clients keep their attitudes positive, provide creative
and simple solutions for overcoming obstacles, and show them
that the glass is always halffull, rather than halfempty.
To date, we have a 100% success rate.
